Really good buffet with a diverse variety every night! Remembering us with sweets upon departure was a good personal touch!

I had a boss time! The rooftop pool was my favourite, with magic views for days. Staff were dead friendly, especially in the restaurant. Bit of a wait for drinks now and then, but overall it was a proper good stay.

Sea gets fast deep. And little wave. Swiming pools close at 1900..too early..

Absolutely loved the helpful staff, but the wifi was such a disaster that I was constantly throwing my hands in the air. If I couldn't enjoy complimentary goodies or a special upgrade, I might as well have stayed at a motel. Such a letdown, I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it!

I was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but did not match this criteria at all. The rooms were basic and many things were broken. I think it should be downgraded a star or too. I see it as a large, dated mass tourism bunker. And they need to take many easy finishing touches. Particularly outside to improve it. Including dealing with the view of the car park, rubbish and wasteland at the back.

Asked the hotel receptionist to request that our patio door be fixed as the lock was broken, meaning that our room could easily be accessed. This was not fixed. Mini-bar locked – we were later told that a key was needed. Upon returning from breakfast we found we were locked out of our room at 10am! The key-card was programmed to expire at this time. This check-out time is ridiculous. This is not a 4-star hotel.

great stay but minor room issues

The rooftop pool had fine views, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to relax fully. The food variety at the buffet was excellent, with different options every night that catered to various tastes. We appreciated receiving a sweet farewell gesture from the staff.

The room had a slight musty smell.

Tropic Park is a wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The food was great and very varied so there was always something to please everyone. Excellent location.

Had to complain over a 3 bed room in fact was a normal doble room, with a bad bed for a child. Were corrected next day however. Wi Fi never worked, please remove from your internetpage or get it to function. The restaurant never opened on time. Got only 2 towels for 3 persons

perfect spot for city strolls and beach fun

my stay was fantastic thanks to the central location, with the beach just a minute's walk away and charming shops on the nearby streets, making it so easy to explore the area and enjoy a relaxed weekend vibe.

Few fresh meal, much sterilised vegetables (why-it is season!), poor quality of breakfast drinks and meal.

Rooftop pool views were beautiful and relaxing.
